Hear Me Out is the brainchild of Luke Helker, a junior at Millersville University currently pursuing a B.A. in Music with a concentration in Music Business & Technology while also maintaining a minor in Print Journalism. The purpose of Hear Me Out is to provide bands and artists of all genres any extra exposure. We do this by providing:

• Marketing and promoting services
• Event coverage
• Photography/videography services
